No refund or credit will be given for “No Shows” or for cancellation/reschedules inside the 48 hours before an American Heart Association course. The “TIME STAMP” of your email or phone call will be the official time of record that will be used. If you submit payment within 48 hours of a scheduled course you will not be given the option of a refund, credit, or cancellation only to RESCHEDULE.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, Top Priority CPR has reserved the seat for you as promised by your completed payment and has fulfilled our obligation by being prepared to conduct the course.
1. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that you are enrolled in the correct class. There are NO REFUNDS for American Heart Association Blended Learning courses.
2. Auditing of classes is NOT permitted.
3. CHILDCARE IS NOT PROVIDED. Please do not bring children to class. You will be asked to reschedule, and the rescheduling policy applies.
4. You may reschedule your class one time only without paying the full course fee again.
5. We reserve the right to decline your rescheduled date request due to limited seating on that date.
6. Rescheduled classes must be approved by the administration, as classes are limited to only 1 rescheduled student per class.
7. Course RESCHEDULING must be submitted ONLINE 2-business days prior to the class date (business days are Monday-Friday, 9:30 am to 3:00 pm).
8. Classes rescheduled without at least 2 business days’ notice are subject to a rescheduling fee.
9. Rescheduling fees: $35.00 for CPR-AED, First Aid, ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
10. Classes begin promptly. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to course start time.
11. If student is late in excess of 15 minutes past class start time then that will considered a late arrival and student will not be allowed in class.
